Lowcountry business leaders to meet new Moore School dean

Business leaders and University of South Carolina alumni in Charleston and the Lowcountry will have the opportunity to meet the new Moore School of Business dean Dr. Hildy Teegen from 6 - 8 p.m. Tuesday, Nov. 6, at the Charleston Visitor Center on Meeting Street.

Teegan began her tenure as dean Sept. 15. Carolina alumnus and business leader Charles S. Way Jr., chairman of the Beach Co. and trustee of the university’s Business Partnership Foundation, will host the event. Similar “meet the dean” receptions have taken place in Columbia, Greenville, Charlotte, Atlanta, New York City, Washington,D.C., and Jacksonville, Fla.
