ATTENTION ...... Metro, Business and Broadcast editors: ‘From Bookbag to Briefcase’ prepares students for careers The College of Arts and Sciences will hold its annual “From Bookbag to Briefcase” event for students from 5:30 - 7:30 p.m. Wednesday, Oct. 24, in the Campus Room of Capstone House. More than 130 students have registered for the event that brings college alumni and university career and continuing education staff together to help students learn about possible career paths and get career advice. Five alumni will share their stories about choosing a career path and making the transition to the work world. Students will have the opportunity to ask questions of alumni from the college and university personnel and receive materials on career guidance.
