When will it rain? USC expert can discuss dry, drought conditions

With few chances for rain predicted and an unusually warm fall, many areas of the Palmetto State are in a drought.

Dr. Venkat Lakshmi, a hydrometeorology expert at the University of South Carolina, can discuss what the drought conditions mean for the state and the depletion of groundwater supplies.
