Metro, Broadcast editors: Terrorism expert can discuss Bin Laden video, 9-11 anniversary Conditions have changed since 9-11, and videos released this week by al-Qaeda and Bin Laden convey new objectives by the terrorist organization and its leader, said Dr. Mathieu Deflem, a sociologist and terrorism expert at the University of South Carolina.
