Political experts at the University of South Carolina can discuss results from Puerto Rico’s primary June 1 and anticipated finishes in the final primaries in Montana and South Dakota tomorrow June 3, as well as the outcome of the Democratic National Committee’s Rules and By-Laws Committee meeting held Saturday to determine whether and how votes in Florida and Michigan should be counted.
