And those record oil prices have consumers and the economy on a roller coaster of uncertainty. Dr. Chris Kendall, a University of South Carolina geology professor and an expert in the field of oil and petroleum, can discuss the volatility of the market, the impact that oil exploration has on costs and the future for cheap oil and gas.
