Former Queensland premier to discuss sustainable growth March 4
Peter Beattie, former premier of the state of Queensland in Australia, will give a public talk on sustainable growth in Queensland from 2:30 - 3:45 p.m. Tuesday, March 4, in Lumpkin Auditorium, located on the eighth floor of the Moore School of Business.
Beattie and his wife, Heather, are visiting scholars to the university this semester. While at the university, Beattie will lecture on sustainability, education and tourism. The 36th premiere of Queensland, Beattie spoke at the university's commencement last May.
